Among the many books she has written are The Greek Cookbook, The Complete Middle East Cookbook, The Complete Mediterranean Cookbook and The Bean Cookbook. Born in Australia of Greek parents, Tess has an outstanding knowledge of food and cooking from Mediterranean and Middle Eastern countries. She has traveled extensively and spent many years researching the recipes of the region.
