Terms: Net 30 Days from invoice date. Statements are mailed monthly. All shipments are FOB North Clarendon, Vermont.

New accounts please complete New Account Application (link to PDF?) and submit with opening order.

Claims: Accepted only within 20 days of your receipt of order. Please notify us in writing. Shortages may not be deducted from invoices without prior permission. Inquiries should include all pertinent information, such as invoice number and your account number. Please inform us if your claim has not been acknowledged within 45 days.

Overstock returns are shipped at the bookseller's expense. Prior permission or special shipping label is not required for returns, though it is recommended that returns be sent either UPS or insured post. We are not responsible for return shipments not received at our warehouse in North Clarendon, Vermont.

In order to receive appropriate credit, the invoice number(s) against which books were purchased must be included with the return. Otherwise, returns will be credited at 50% of retail value. Books are eligible for return not before 6 months from original invoice date and until declared out-of-print or change of agency. For a complete list of out-of-print books, please refer to www.tuttlepublishing.com. Credit will not be granted for books officially declared out-of-print or for books that are no longer distributed by Tuttle Publishing. We request that you contact us by phone or fax to confirm a title's eligibility for credit. Books must be UNMARKED and received in North Clarendon, VT, in EXCELLENT condition to qualify for returns. Tuttle Publishing is not responsible for returning books that are ineligible for credit or for returning books that are not our publications. To order desk copies:
Desk copies are provided at no extra charge when we receive verification that an order for 10 or more copies has been placed with your bookstore. Verification should include the name and rank of the instructor, the quantity ordered, course name, and date needed. Desk copy requests may be mailed or faxed to the address above or sent by email to: deskcopy@tuttlepublishing.com. Requests must be submitted in writing on school letterhead or the standard AAAP/NACS request forms. All requests are subject to availability and approval.

To order examination copies:
Examination copies are available to college professors or instructors seeking titles for adoption purposes. Requests must be made in writing on college letterhead or by email to examcopy@tuttlepublishing.com stating the name and ISBN of the title, Course name, expected start date and expected enrollment. Please include the Professor's full name, phone or fax number, and shipping address.

The charge for examination copies is 50% off the cover price. Make checks or money orders (no cash or C.O.D.'s) payable to Tuttle Publishing.
