About the Author: Jerry Braza, Ph.D., Has spent over twenty years as a university professor with multi-disciplinary training in health and psychology. He is continually seeking creative ways to introduce the beauty of mindfulness into the personal and professional lives of others by not only teaching but modeling the practice itself.
