About the Author:
Alan Dunn grew up watching his grandfather, who was a baker by trade, which is where his interest in cake decorating and sugarcraft began. He attended The City and Guilds Bakery and Flour Confectionary, and realized he enjoyed teaching and demonstrating as much as the craft itself. He has taught decorating and sugarcraft throughout the world, and has authored 13 books and numerous articles on flower making and decorating.
