Tuttle Publishing is a leading publisher of books about Asia. Founded in 1948 in Tokyo, Japan, we now have offices in Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore, and North Clarendon, Vermont. We specialize in books that promote a greater understanding of Asia, covering topics such as arts, language learning, martial arts, architecture, origami, design, history, and children’s books.
Customer Service Representative:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour workday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Monitor and respond to customer service emails, phone calls, and inquiries
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, pick, pack and ship books and sales materials
- Assist with special projects for other departments as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
