About the Author:ayaaya is certified to teach the Japanese art and technique of wearing, fitting and styling traditional kimonos (kitsuke). She invented an innovative method for wearing an obi without requiring special tools or the traditional two-person tying method. In 2013, she opened her kimono-dressing school in Osaka. In addition to teaching, she also organizes events and outings, and sells original Japanese clothing and accessories.
